2016 Conference Registration Fees

The full conference registration fee includes all refreshment breaks, pre-conference and evening reception on Tuesday, breakfast, lunch and evening dinner reception on Wednesday, breakfast and post-conference symposium on Thursday, and one copy of the conference proceedings.
Alternatively, you may download and complete this registration form and return with check payable to Cornell University to 272 Morrison Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853.
Conference Refund Policy
In the event of participant cancelation, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be given if written notification is given 1 week or more prior to the first day of the conference. Cancelations less than 1 week before the conference starts will not receive a refund (at staff discretion) because final attendee/meal counts will have been given to the hotel. Refunds will not be given to participants who register for the conference but do not attend.
Please note: Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process.
Substitutions of attendees are permitted but must be approved by the conference coordinator.
