A key component of this conference is the financial support provided by industry organizations. Sponsorship of this conference is also an opportunity to be recognized as an integral part of this dynamic program that has offered high quality education to the agricultural industry for 78 years.

All sponsors will be recognized on the conference website, in electronic conference brochure (if received by July 25, 2016) and proceedings, and on signs and in a PowerPoint presentation at the conference.  Sponsorships received after July 25 but before September 1 will still be recognized in the conference proceedings, on signs and in a PowerPoint presentation at the conference. 

Sponsorship contributions include advertisement space in the conference proceedings.  Size is based on contribution amount:

  • $1 - $499: 1/4 page ad (3.25"W x 4.5"H)
  • $500 - $999: 1/2 page ad (6.5"W x 4.5"H or 3.25"W x 9"H)
  • $1000 or more: full page ad (6.5"W x 9"H)

Who attends the Cornell Nutrition Conference?
The conference is attended by 400 professionals each year.  Professionals in the agriservice industry working directly and indirectly with producers, including nutritionists, feed dealers, and sales and technical support representatives, represent 75% of the audience.  The conference is also attended by dairy producers, veterinarians, extension educators, government employees, university professionals and students.

What are the sponsorship levels?
There are no set levels of sponsorship for this event. Each company decides individually what amount to contribute.  Typical contribution amounts range from $500 to $1500.

Are registration fees included with sponsorships?
There are no complimentary registration fees included with sponsorships.  Anyone from your company wishing to attend the conference should register online.

How will sponsors be recognized?
All sponsors will be recognized in the conference brochure and proceedings, on the conference website and signs and in a PowerPoint presentation at the conference.  Please send a high resolution company logo in .jpg or .eps format to dmconf@cornell.edu.  

How big is my ad space in the conference proceedings?
New this year, all sponsorship contribution include advertisement space in the conference proceedings.  Size is based on contribution amount:

  • $1 - $499: 1/4 page ad (3.25"W x 4.5"H)
  • $500 - $999: 1/2 page ad (6.5"W x 4.5"H or 3.25"W x 9"H)
  • $1000 or more: full page ad (6.5"W x 9"H)

All ads will be printed in black and white.  Print-ready ads in high quality PDF format (no crop or bleed marks) at size indicated above should be sent to dmconf@cornell.edu no later than September 1 to be included.

What is the deadline for sponsorships?
In order to be recognized in the electronic conference registration brochure, sponsorship commitments should be completed no later than July 25, 2016. Sponsorships received after July 25 but before September 1 will still be recognized in the conference proceedings, on signs and in a PowerPoint presentation at the conference.

Is there exhibit space for sponsors?
While there is no exhibit space at this conference, sponsors are welcome to distribute promotional pamphlets and brochures at the conference on a sponsor table.
